At our September meeting we agreed to have our October meeting today because last Monday was the Thanksgiving holiday. As you can see from Brian’s recent post there’s lotsof buzz about Snow Leopard. We will have an update on the St. Andrew’s Mac Lab, a financial report from Sharon Donald, and a few other tid bits that I Brian and I may come up with. Needless to say but still important to mention, visitors are more than welcome. Also, if you are a member and have any issue you would like to raise, please come prepared to do so.
See you tonight. 7:30 p.m. to 9 ish as usual
Meg
P.S.We still need some of you to bring a chair.

Some users who upgraded to Snow Leopard, then (deliberately or accidentally) signed into the ‘Guest’ account have had all there regular user data removed! There’s a summary article here. If you are using Snow Leopard, I’d suggest avoiding the guest account until this gets sorted out better.

Update:
There are additional articles here and here you may find more helpful.

In the mean time, when exactly did you last back up?
