Muskoka Mac User Group

Hi friends:
I hope everyone had a good Easter weekend.
It looks like Tuesday night is not working for many. So, since Earth day is coming up and this year, for the first time, the District of Muskoka has an Electronic Waste Diversion program in place, I am suggesting that our meeting tonight will take place at the Huntsville Town Council Chambers. First we will attend a presentation given by a member of the Sierra Club of Canada at 7 p.m. Then I propose that any Mac Users in attendance gather together with me in the lobby where I will provide an update on the current situation with Apple and the Greenpeace Green My Apple campaign.
If I don’t see you tonight, our next meeting is Monday, May 14th.

As you know we usually meet on the second Monday of every month. This way we usually manage to avoid holiday mondays that often come at the beginning of the month. However, there is always an exception and this month is it. The second Monday of April is Easter Monday. So, for this month only we will be meeting on Tuesday evening, April 10th. There will be a demonstration of the new Apple TV. Also, the long awaited Photoshop CS3 is out. We are hoping that one of our photographer members will give us a review. There is a free trial available. See you next Tuesday. We still need you to bring a chair.
